Data Ownership and Intellectual Property All datasets, metadata, and documentation provided by Reliable Solutions Northwest LLC on the Snowflake Marketplace are the exclusive intellectual property of the LLC. Purchase or access to a "Free Listing" does not grant ownership of the underlying data, only a non-exclusive, revocable license to use the data for internal business analytics as defined in the Snowflake Provider and Consumer Terms.

2. Accuracy of Information While Reliable Solutions Northwest LLC utilizes rigorous data cleaning and verification protocols, all data is provided "As Is." We do not guarantee 100% accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of regional infrastructure data. Users are encouraged to cross-reference mission-critical insights with official government records.

3. Prohibited Use Users may not:

Resell, sublicense, or redistribute the data to third parties outside of their Snowflake organization without a separate Commercial Distribution Agreement.

Use the data for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Washington State or Federal regulations.

Attempt to reverse-engineer any proprietary synthesis methods used to create the infrastructure datasets.

4. Limitation of Liability Reliable Solutions Northwest LLC shall not be liable for any financial losses, service interruptions, or business decisions made based on the data products provided. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific data listing in the 12 months preceding any claim.
