1. Service Scope & Estimates

All preliminary quotes and cost breakdowns provided via this website or email are non-binding estimates. Final project scope, schedules, and fixed pricing are governed solely by signed, written contract agreements prior to project commencement.

2. Project Minimum & Material Policy

Reliable Solutions Northwest LLC enforces a $500 project minimum for all service calls and contracting labor. This covers labor, base operational setup, surface preparation, and specialized tool deployment. All primary project materials (paints, stains, specialized coatings) are supplied by or billed directly to the customer unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.

3. Travel Fee Policy

For job sites located outside of Mason County, Washington, a travel fee ranging from $50 to $75 applies based on total distance. This travel fee is 100% fully credited/refunded toward your final invoice upon hiring us for the project.

4. Licensing, Workmanship & Liability

Reliable Solutions Northwest LLC is a licensed, bonded, and insured general contractor in compliance with Washington State Department of Labor & Industries regulations. We strive for excellence in surface prep and coating execution; however, liability for property claims or project delays is strictly limited to the total labor value paid for the specific contract in question.
